We will meet to discuss your needs and expectations, research the current market conditions and pricing, and assist you with property preparation. We'll develop and provide you with a home enhancement checklist, and discuss with you a seller's net equity breakdown.
Step 2: Prepare
Once price and terms are agreed upon, we will gather property data, such as photos, videos, and documents. Then we'll create and coordinate your listing process with our leading-edge marketing efforts, including website, flyers, social media, in-office promotions, outreach marketing, and more.
Step 3: Implement
We will install your sale sign and lock-box, list your property in the Farmville and Lynchburg MLS,and handle inquiries from qualified prospective buyers, including showings. We'll meet with you to present and discuss offers (in person or virtually). We walk you through the contract process all the way to closing.
