The first thing we do is meet with you to discuss your wants and needs, your expectations, and the current market conditions. We'll take our time to consult with you to determine your search parameters, and start the process of bank pre-qualification.
We will begin to search the Multiple Listing Services, Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, and more of our exclusive resources to find properties that fit your wants and needs. During this time, we will also review your bank pre-qualification results.
We'll find homes and properties that check off your wants and needs. We'll make written offers until we get the right one under contract. Then we will walk you through the process until closing. We're with you every step of the way purchasing your new home!
